TERMS
Terms of use
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to eduforgeai.pro and general use of information published by EduForgeAI Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada, with registered business number 846317528ON0001 and principal office at 80 Stone Road West, Suite 310, Guelph, ON N1G 0A2. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Separate written agreements govern contracted platform services, pilots and enterprise deployments; where a signed contract conflicts with these Terms, the signed contract prevails for that engagement.
2. Services description
EduForgeAI provides enterprise artificial intelligence learning platform software and related professional services to educational institutions and training organisations. We are not a marketing agency, web design studio, IT outsourcing firm or generic online course marketplace. Programme descriptions, pricing ranges and feature summaries on this website are illustrative and subject to change. Formal scope, fees and service levels are defined in statements of work, order forms or master service agreements.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorised access to systems, introducing malware, scraping content at scale without permission, misrepresenting affiliation with EduForgeAI, submitting false contact information or using automated means to abuse forms or APIs. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe misuse is occurring.
4. Intellectual property
All content on eduforgeai.pro — including text, graphics, logos, module names, documentation excerpts and layout — is owned by EduForgeAI or its licensors and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Reproduction, distribution, modification or public display for commercial purposes requires prior written consent except as permitted by fair dealing or other applicable law.
EduForgeAI retains all rights in its platform software, models, APIs and documentation. Clients receive limited licences as described in their order documents. Instructional content uploaded by clients remains client property unless otherwise agreed.
5. Demo and enquiry submissions
When you submit a contact form, you represent that information provided is accurate and that you have authority to submit it on behalf of your organisation where applicable. You consent to our use of submitted information to respond under PIPEDA as described in our Privacy policy. Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding contract or guarantee availability of services, pricing or timelines.
6. Third-party links and tools
This site may reference third-party LMS platforms, standards bodies or font and analytics providers. Links are provided for convenience; EduForgeAI does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy practices.
7. Disclaimers
Website content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Performance metrics, case figures and illustrative outcomes on this site are not guarantees of future results for your institution. Learning outcomes depend on implementation quality, learner context, educator practices and institutional support.
8. Education disclaimer
EduForgeAI provides enterprise AI learning platform technology for educational institutions and training organisations. We do not guarantee specific student grades, credentials, licensure or employment outcomes. Analytics and automated assessment features are designed to assist professional educators; they do not replace expert human judgment, academic integrity processes or institutional governance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Ontario, EduForgeAI Inc. and its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business interruption arising from your use of this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to website use shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (C$100) or the minimum amount enforceable under applicable consumer protection law if you qualify as a consumer in a transaction these Terms govern. Contracted platform services are subject to separate liability caps in signed agreements.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EduForgeAI from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights resulting from content you submit, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
11. Fees and payment
Fees for platform programmes and professional services are stated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted in a contract. Website pricing ranges are estimates only. Invoices, payment terms, taxes and late payment remedies are defined in applicable order documents. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding quote.
12. Confidentiality
Information identified as confidential during sales or pilot discussions must be protected using commercially reasonable care and used only for evaluating or performing a potential engagement. Confidentiality obligations in signed non-disclosure agreements supersede this section where they apply.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy policy and Cookie policy. By using the site you acknowledge those policies.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for disputes arising from website use, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your province of residence.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on eduforgeai.pro with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
16. Severability and waiver
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
