Hosting

Hosted on Canadian and North American infrastructure with redundancy across geographically distributed data centres. Infrastructure providers are bound by data processing agreements consistent with PIPEDA requirements.

Dispute resolution

Disputes arising from use of our platform or website are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Courts in Guelph, Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
